Interestingly, Hugo Rivera was fat as a kid. However, he started to make changes early on to improve his health and fitness. For the past 17 years, he has developed a simple 210-week fitness program that includes weight training and nutrition. This program is broken into 3 phases and is geared for fast results.

There is just too much hype nowadays that it is difficult to differentiate reality from all the marketing jazz. Hugo Rivera's Body Re-Engineering however is zero-hype, so much so it can become a little bit of a boring read. Though the information inside is solid, perhaps a little more entertaining or motivating style could help the readers. The average consumer rating for this program is 3.5 out of 5 stars.
