It’s not really that easy, is it?
Given the abundance of “muscle building gurus” (all with different “breakthrough” techniques and theories, endless articles, and debates) that claim to know how to gain muscle mass quickly….
Could it really be just ONE basic truth?
I know that there are so many little subtleties and details that work together to create a successful muscle building plan... You just need to add more weight to the bar consistently and you are certain to gain muscle mass quickly.
Select from the basic compound exercises like squats, rows, chin-ups, dead lifts, bench presses, dips, and overhead presses and focus on upping the poundages as quickly as you can... and you will see that this ALONE will get you set to gain muscle mass quickly.
If you have a proper nutrition plan in place and can commit to adding 125 pounds to your squat, 150 pounds to your dead lift, and 100 to your bench press, you’ll gain muscle mass quickly—coming out thicker, bigger, and more muscular than you’ve ever been.
But “they” would prefer to keep this a secret….
There are countless “experts” out there who will not tell you that you can gain muscle mass quickly by lifting heavier weights. Maybe they don’t know any better or, more likely, they’re itching to sell you some gimmicky product or approach that won’t benefit you, but will definitely put some money in their pockets.
They want you to gallivant about the gym like a ballerina…. doing a balancing act on a Swiss ball…. wasting time on exercises that are just ridiculous…. doing supersets from lift to lift... “experiencing the burn”... get caught up in isolation movements... and focusing on a bunch of bunk claiming to help you to gain muscle mass quickly, when all you need to do is focus on the core heartbeat that helps makes any strong bodybuilding program tick….
And the core is consistent progression in reps and weight.
That’s how you make it happen.
At the end of the, it’s easy to gain muscle mass quickly if you….
1) Train intensely with basic compound exercises to stimulate your muscles and create the adaptive response that will cause them to grow.
2) Allow time for recovery.
3) Start the process over but be sure to increase your weight and/or your repetitions.
If can increase what you do every week, you will become stronger and gain muscle mass quickly. If you find yourself slacking off and you allow your strength to stagnate, you will not gain muscle mass quickly. It’s pretty easy.
Think about this….
When you see someone squatting with 400 pounds, what are the chances that he has skinny legs?
Have you ever seen a lifter with unimpressive shoulder and back muscles dead lift 500 pounds?
What are the chances that a person with an under-developed chest and triceps will be bench pressing 300 pounds?
It’s a rare sight.
Why?
The fact is, size and strength go hand in hand, so the guy moving the largest amount of weight with proper form will almost always be the biggest guy at the gym (if he has a good nutrition plan).
That’s the bottom line.
Agreed there are many small details that should be a part of your plan to gain muscle mass quickly... but at the gym, all you need to do is focus on consistently lifting heavier weights.
If you’re more interested in being trendy than getting the job done, be my guest and check out every fancy “breakthrough” plan on the market….
If you are ready to thicken up your body and gain muscle mass quickly with serious, explosive, no B.S results then get ready to go basic.
Start with simple but challenging compound exercises... be certain to execute these movements with full intensity... write down everything that you do in the gym each week... and always put your focus on “beating the logbook” every week; this means you need to add additional weight to your workout bar or up your repetitions with every workout.
If your efforts are consistent, it will be a cinch to gain muscle mass quickly and obtain the powerful, muscular body you’ve always wanted.
